Review
What this product is
Written after the analysis, from the same sources the score is built on: the manufacturer's documentation, available studies and verified owner feedback.
The best stroller here to actually push, and the worst one to take on a plane, which makes its name unfortunate.
It folds to 34 × 52 × 71 cm. Against a 55 × 40 × 23 cm template that fails in every orientation. It is called TRVL. We are noting that because a buyer reasonably assumes the name describes the product.
What it does deliver is ride quality. It has all-wheel suspension and large wheels — where the 6 kg models here run 14–16 cm wheels with front-only or no suspension — and the wheels are removable to reduce pack size. On European cobbles, kerbs and gravel, that is a categorically different experience.
It takes a child from birth to 22 kg with a mechanically adjustable backrest reaching a flat lying position, has a UPF 50+ canopy, is GREENGUARD Gold certified for chemical emissions, and Nuna PIPA car seats clip on without adapters. It won an iF Design award in 2024, a Red Dot, and a European Product Design Award in 2023 — all design awards, not safety testing.
The weight figure deserves specific credit. Nuna publishes 7.1 kg explicitly without the play bar and rain cover. Stating the exclusion is exactly what other manufacturers do not do, and it is the honest way to publish a weight — even though the resulting number is the heaviest here alongside the Kinderkraft.
Unfolded it is 89 × 52 × 112 cm. Nuna was not in the Stiftung Warentest field.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Should I buy a compact stroller as my only pushchair?
Usually not, and this stroller is the reason why. The 6 kg models get to their weight by removing material: 14-15 cm wheels where a full-size pram has 25-30 cm, front-only suspension or none, 3-5 kg baskets, narrower seats. That is a delight on airport terrazzo and hard work on cobbles, gravel and kerbs. Compact strollers are second strollers. If this is your only pushchair for daily European city use, the 1-2 kg you save costs you in ride quality and, over a few thousand kilometres, in bearings and frame flex.
