Cookie policy
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC lets us store or read them only with your consent, unless they are strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for. This page lists what we use and how to change your mind.
1
In short
This site is a set of static pages that works without tracking you. The only thing always stored is the record of your own consent choice — without it we could not remember that you refused the rest.
We never use cookies to build advertising profiles across other people's websites without your explicit consent.

Categories
Strictly necessary — always on. Required to deliver the service and to remember your choice. Exempt from consent under the second limb of Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC.
Analytics — off until you consent. Aggregate statistics: which rankings are read, how visitors arrive, where pages fail. Basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Marketing — off until you consent. Measuring the effectiveness of affiliate links and campaigns. Basis: your consent.
Consent is given by an affirmative act, is granular per category, and is as easy to refuse as to give — the requirements the European Data Protection Board draws from Articles 4(11) and 7 GDPR.

What is actually stored
| Name | Category | Purpose | Storage time |
|---|---|---|---|
| bpr_consent | Strictly necessary | Records which categories you accepted, when, and the version of the consent notice. Held in the browser's local storage and never sent to a server. | 12 months |
Analytics and marketing tools are not installed at present. If we add one, it will appear in this table with its provider, purpose and retention period before it is switched on, and the banner will ask for consent again.
Pages link to shops. Following such a link takes you to the seller's site, where the seller's own rules apply — read their policy there.

Changing or withdrawing consent
Use the Cookie settings button — beside this text and in the footer of every page. Switch a category off and save; the change applies at once and scripts in that category stop loading.
Article 7(3) GDPR guarantees that withdrawal is as easy as giving consent, and that it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser's privacy settings. Blocking the strictly necessary item may stop parts of the site from working.
