Review
What this product is
Written after the analysis, from the same sources the score is built on: the manufacturer's documentation, available studies and verified owner feedback.
The EB-P4520 suits Samsung Galaxy owners first, and anyone with USB-C devices second: it has three USB-C ports and no USB-A, and it supports both USB Power Delivery 3.0 and Samsung's own Super Fast Charging 2.0, so a recent Galaxy phone can draw its 45 W mode from it.
What puts it first is not power but disclosure plus price. The Otto listing we opened states 20,000 mAh, 14.8 V and 74 Wh, which is internally consistent: four 5,000 mAh cells in series at 14.8 V, or 20,000 mAh at the usual 3.7 V cell voltage. 74 Wh is comfortably below the 100 Wh airline cabin threshold. Weight is listed at 470 g, which works out at about 6.4 g per Wh — not light, but at least it can be calculated, which we could not do for most rivals.
Owner feedback on Otto is strong: 4.7 out of 5 from 118 reviews, with 92% recommending it. The price we saw was €33.91 against a recommended price of €62.90.
What is missing: Samsung's own product page would not load for us, so all figures come from a major retailer; no rated capacity at 5 V is given, so the energy actually delivered to a phone is unknown; 45 W is the ceiling, which is enough for phones and tablets but not for fast laptop charging. We found no independent lab test.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I take the Samsung EB-P4520 on a plane?
Its listed energy is 74 Wh, below the 100 Wh threshold in IATA's passenger guidance, so it can travel in cabin baggage as a spare battery. Power banks must not go in checked baggage.
Will it fast-charge a laptop?
Only slowly. The maximum output is 45 W, which suits phones, tablets and small USB-C laptops; larger laptops that expect 65–100 W will charge more slowly or only maintain their level.
