Review

What this product is

Written after the analysis, from the same sources the score is built on: the manufacturer's documentation, available studies and verified owner feedback.

Intenso is a German memory and accessories brand, and the F20000 PD is a basic two-port bank for phones. The Otto listing gives more electrical detail than many premium rivals: USB-C input at 5 V 3 A or 9 V 2 A (18 W maximum), maximum output 20 W, one USB-C port that works as input and output plus one USB-A output, and support for USB Power Delivery and Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.

Size is 131 × 67 × 28 mm and weight about 479 g, which is the heaviest figure in this ranking — the price of a cheap bank is often extra grams.

At €28.66 from a marketplace seller on Otto it is the lowest price we saw. Ratings are sparse: 5.0 out of 5 from only 4 reviews, too few to mean much.

What is missing: no watt-hour figure, no rated capacity at 5 V, and an 18 W recharge input means a full refill takes much longer than with the 65 W UGREEN or Anker banks. We found no independent test. Intenso's own product page was not opened; the data comes from the retailer listing.

Component scores

Where the score
comes from.

Four components, equal weight, each on a 0–10 scale and each resting on a named source. The overall score is their mean — the full procedure is in the methodology.

  1. Composition and specification7.0

Declared composition and specification: active ingredients and their concentrations, energy classes, standards, technical parameters — and what the manufacturer leaves unsaid.

  2. Evidence and studies5.0

Verification of the manufacturer's claims against outside sources: laboratory reports, industry testing, safety data sheets, certificates and regulatory decisions.

  3. Owner feedback6.5

Analysis of verified reviews written after extended use, together with recurring fault reports for the model or series.

  4. Cost and value8.0

Price set against what the product actually delivers, plus costs incurred later — consumables, energy, servicing, subscriptions — over the lifespan typical for the category.
