Review
What this product is
Written after the analysis, from the same sources the score is built on: the manufacturer's documentation, available studies and verified owner feedback.
IVPN suits privacy-minded users who value minimal data collection and clear policies. The Standard plan was USD 60 a year (USD 5 a month), USD 6 monthly or USD 2 a week — about EUR 53.45 a year, or EUR 4.45 a month, at the ECB rate of 2 October 2026. It covers 5 devices, with a 30-day refund, and sign-up needs no email address. IVPN Limited is registered in Gibraltar; its privacy policy lists only account ID, creation date, product, device limit and payment records, and says no traffic, DNS, IP or timestamp logs are kept.
Audit evidence is regular but not fully current. IVPN announced its eighth annual Cure53 audit for two weeks in July 2026 (post dated 19 June 2026); the result had not appeared on the blog when we checked. The seventh audit, in May 2025, covered its new email forwarding and DNS services rather than the VPN itself. In August 2026 IVPN disclosed that a BTCPay Server vulnerability let attackers take 0.6168 BTC of IVPN's own funds from its Bitcoin payment server; it says no customer data or VPN infrastructure was affected.
We could not open a Trustpilot page for IVPN, so owner feedback is scored conservatively.
