Review

What this product is

Written after the analysis, from the same sources the score is built on: the manufacturer's documentation, available studies and verified owner feedback.

The Belkin BPB024 suits travellers who always lose cables: it has a USB-C cable built into the body, plus a separate USB-C port (30 W, USB Power Delivery 3.0, input and output) and a USB-A port (18 W, Quick Charge 3.0). Coolblue gives the size as 15.3 × 7.6 × 2.5 cm, the thinnest here, and the weight as 440 g.

The total output of 30 W is enough to fast-charge phones but not much else. There is no charge-level display listed.

At €44.99 on Coolblue it sits mid-table on price. Owner ratings are 8.7 out of 10, but from only 4 reviews, so we score feedback cautiously. When we checked, Coolblue showed it out of stock online and available for pickup at one store.

What is missing: no watt-hour figure or rated capacity, no PPS statement and no display. Belkin's own product page could not be opened with our tools, so the figures are Coolblue's. We found no independent test.

Component scores

Where the score
comes from.

Four components, equal weight, each on a 0–10 scale and each resting on a named source. The overall score is their mean — the full procedure is in the methodology.

  1. Composition and specification6.8

Declared composition and specification: active ingredients and their concentrations, energy classes, standards, technical parameters — and what the manufacturer leaves unsaid.

  2. Evidence and studies5.0

Verification of the manufacturer's claims against outside sources: laboratory reports, industry testing, safety data sheets, certificates and regulatory decisions.

  3. Owner feedback7.0

Analysis of verified reviews written after extended use, together with recurring fault reports for the model or series.

  4. Cost and value7.6

Price set against what the product actually delivers, plus costs incurred later — consumables, energy, servicing, subscriptions — over the lifespan typical for the category.
