Review
What this product is
Written after the analysis, from the same sources the score is built on: the manufacturer's documentation, available studies and verified owner feedback.
The Mini 3 is for drivers who want a small, discreet front camera that hides behind the mirror and is managed from a phone. Coolblue lists 1080p recording at 15, 24, 25 or 30 fps, a 140° field of view, microSD up to 512 GB (no card included), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, parking mode, 12 V and 24 V adapters, a weight of 30 g and dimensions of 5.2 × 3.2 × 2 cm. There is no screen.
We could not open Garmin's own product page during this research, so all data are the retailer's. Coolblue lists GPS for this model; we could not confirm that against Garmin. The image sensor, operating temperature, power-backup type and bitrate were not published on the page we read, and the parking mode's wiring requirements were not stated.
Owners rate it 7.8/10 from 10 Coolblue reviews. Coolblue states a minimum four-year warranty, the longest alongside the X310 in this ranking. At €114 it is the cheapest camera here; remember to add a high-endurance card.
