Review
What this product is
Written after the analysis, from the same sources the score is built on: the manufacturer's documentation, available studies and verified owner feedback.
At around €50 this is the sensible entry point, provided you understand what you are buying.
Battery runs to roughly three weeks, which changes the relationship you have with the device — you stop thinking about it. The AMOLED screen is genuinely good for the money, and step counting and sleep duration are the two things budget bands do reliably well.
What it does not do. There is no built-in GPS — distance and pace come from your phone or from an accelerometer estimate, and the accelerometer estimate is poor. There is no ECG. Heart-rate accuracy at rest is fine; during exercise, budget optical sensors are where the errors in the validation literature come from, and we found no independent MAPE figure for this generation. Treat its exercise heart rate as an indication.
Buy it as a step counter, a sleep-duration tracker and a notification screen — all of which it does well for a fifth of the price of the Apple Watch. Do not buy it as a training instrument.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is it accurate enough to be worth having?
For steps, sleep duration and resting heart rate, yes — those are the measurements budget bands handle well. For exercise heart rate, calories or pace, no. Know which of those you actually want before spending anything more.
