What this product is
Written after the analysis, from the same sources the score is built on: the manufacturer's documentation, available studies and verified owner feedback.
The Flow 2 is for noise-sensitive households with pets. Narwal publishes 31,000 Pa, a 40 mm threshold height, a body of 363.5 × 351.2 × 95 mm, a 7,000 mAh battery, a 26.6 cm track mop washed with 60 °C water and a noise level of under 56.5 dB. Navigation combines LiDAR with two 1080p cameras, and the page describes a TÜV-certified privacy service.
Independent results are mixed. The Smart Home Hookup named it best for pet hair, with all of the hair collected and no tangles, and saw it clear a 30 mm threshold but not 50 mm. Vacuum Wars scores it 3.85 (ninth), with 84% of embedded carpet sand removed and 20 of 24 obstacles avoided, and raises concerns about app reliability affecting everyday use.
What is missing or weak: the tank volumes are not stated in litres on the page we opened, and the 60 °C wash is cooler than the 75–100 °C quoted by Roborock, Dreame and Mova. Narwal's store showed 36 reviews with a score of 82.4 out of 100. The €1,013 price was a 22% discount on a €1,299 list price, which still makes this one of the dearer robots here.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is the Narwal Flow 2 really quieter than its rivals?
On paper, yes: Narwal states under 56.5 dB, against 60 to 64.4 dB published by Ecovacs and 63 dB by Roborock for the Saros 20. The measurement conditions are not identical, so treat the gap as approximate.
What threshold can the Flow 2 cross?
Narwal publishes 40 mm. In The Smart Home Hookup's test it cleared a 30 mm threshold but was not among the robots that cleared 50 mm.
