Review

What this product is

Written after the analysis, from the same sources the score is built on: the manufacturer's documentation, available studies and verified owner feedback.

The Deebot T90 Pro Omni is the budget choice for flats without high door sills. Ecovacs states up to 30,000 Pa, a 27 cm roller mop washed with water heated to as much as 75 °C, a 4 L clean-water and 2.2 L waste-water tank, 60 dB, a 2.5-hour charge and 140 minutes of runtime in quiet mode on hard floors. The robot measures 353 × 351 × 95 mm.

Vacuum Wars places it seventh in its September 2026 top 20 with 3.90 points, level with a robot that costs almost four times as much here. It records a full score for pet-hair pickup and for its hair-tangle test, and notes a dustbin about 30% smaller than average.

The limits are equally clear. Ecovacs publishes a barrier-crossing ability of 24 mm with the mop fitted, the lowest stated figure in this ranking. The battery capacity in mAh was not given in the specification table we opened, no security certificate was named, and the product page showed no owner reviews at all, so the feedback score rests on very little. The €399 price was the manufacturer's own store price, with no crossed-out reference price shown.

Component scores

Where the score
comes from.

Four components, equal weight, each on a 0–10 scale and each resting on a named source. The overall score is their mean — the full procedure is in the methodology.

  1. Composition and specification7.6

Declared composition and specification: active ingredients and their concentrations, energy classes, standards, technical parameters — and what the manufacturer leaves unsaid.

  2. Evidence and studies7.8

Verification of the manufacturer's claims against outside sources: laboratory reports, industry testing, safety data sheets, certificates and regulatory decisions.

  3. Owner feedback6.5

Analysis of verified reviews written after extended use, together with recurring fault reports for the model or series.

  4. Cost and value9.5

Price set against what the product actually delivers, plus costs incurred later — consumables, energy, servicing, subscriptions — over the lifespan typical for the category.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can the Deebot T90 Pro Omni climb door thresholds?

Only low ones. Ecovacs publishes 24 mm with the mop fitted. Homes with sills of 3 cm or more need one of the climbing robots in this ranking.

Why does a €399 robot score so well?

Because the one independent test we could see, Vacuum Wars, puts it at 3.90, the same score as the €1,499 Eufy Omni S2. The deductions come from the low threshold height and the missing data.

Principles

The manufacturer makes claims.
We check what the evidence says.

Every ranking follows the same protocol: an analysis of composition and specification, verification of claims against available studies, a review of verified owner feedback, and an assessment of price against what the product delivers.
