Review

What this product is

Written after the analysis, from the same sources the score is built on: the manufacturer's documentation, available studies and verified owner feedback.

The X60 Pro Ultra Complete is aimed at homes with tall sills and split levels. Dreame publishes a single step of 5.2 cm and a double step of 10 cm, a body of 350 × 350 × 89 mm with the navigation sensor lowered and 111 mm with it raised, 42,000 Pa, a 5,000 mAh battery with 232 minutes of runtime, a 310 ml dustbin, 4.2 L and 3.0 L water tanks and mop washing at 100 °C. The page states that Dreame is UL Diamond and TÜV certified, that Matter will arrive by update and that the main unit carries a three-year warranty.

The evidence is weaker than the datasheet. The tests we could open — Vacuum Wars (4.01, fourth place) and The Smart Home Hookup (a 50 mm threshold cleared) — cover the X60 Max Ultra Complete sold in the United States, a different robot quoted at 35,000 Pa, 7.95 cm height and an 8.8 cm double step. They are a hint, not proof, for the Pro.

Also missing: a noise figure. The product page showed 5,687 reviews, 84% of them five-star, without saying whether they are pooled across the series. The €1,099 price was set against a €1,499 list price.

Component scores

Where the score
comes from.

Four components, equal weight, each on a 0–10 scale and each resting on a named source. The overall score is their mean — the full procedure is in the methodology.

  1. Composition and specification9.0

Declared composition and specification: active ingredients and their concentrations, energy classes, standards, technical parameters — and what the manufacturer leaves unsaid.

  2. Evidence and studies6.5

Verification of the manufacturer's claims against outside sources: laboratory reports, industry testing, safety data sheets, certificates and regulatory decisions.

  3. Owner feedback8.3

Analysis of verified reviews written after extended use, together with recurring fault reports for the model or series.

  4. Cost and value7.2

Price set against what the product actually delivers, plus costs incurred later — consumables, energy, servicing, subscriptions — over the lifespan typical for the category.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete the same as the X60 Max Ultra Complete?

No. The Max sold in the United States is quoted at 35,000 Pa, 7.95 cm height and an 8.8 cm double step; the Pro in Dreame's German store at 42,000 Pa, 8.9 cm and 10 cm. Test results for one do not transfer directly to the other.

What does the 10 cm threshold claim mean?

It refers to a double step, two consecutive steps adding up to 10 cm. For a single step Dreame states 5.2 cm.

Principles

The manufacturer makes claims.
We check what the evidence says.
