The Omni Deluxe is for parents who want every position in one carrier. Ergobaby publishes 3.2–20.4 kg and 0–48 months, with front inward, front outward, hip and back carries, and no infant insert.
Its forward-facing guidance is the most precise in this ranking: from at least 6.4 kg, recommended at 5–6 months once the baby has good head control and the chin clears the top of the panel, and up to 13.6 kg. It is sold in mesh (100% polyester), cotton and a 55% linen blend, washes at 30 °C and carries a lifetime warranty.
Stiftung Warentest (7/2026) rated it good and test.de names it among the three full-buckle carriers recommended from birth; we did not see the exact number. The IHDI lists the Omni Deluxe on its hip-healthy product page. Ergobaby's page showed 4.67 out of 5 from 378 owner reviews when we opened it.
Gaps: the page we read gave no carrier weight and no waist-belt range in centimetres, and no OEKO-TEX statement. At 219.90 euros it is one of the dearer carriers; the testers paid 208 euros.
